  TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
  I work in the food industry and was APPALLED at the horrible service I got. The cashier was rude. I get home and our food was terrible. They were out of rolls, and apparently out of a few other things. My fries were the same fries I have in my freezer at home from walmart. I wouldn't feed my dog the gravy I was served. The chicken was so dry I sucked down my drink half away through my meal. Oh, and they were out of dr pepper. The chicken was cold and tasted about a day old. I feel bad for Commerce, I don't normally go to this location and I will NOT go back. Thanks for nothing.

  I now remember why I stopped going to Chicken Express. The food was cold, dry and tasteless. The ONLY flavor or moisture was from the old grease it was cooked in. The tea tasted like water poured over that same old grease with a couple of ice cubes thrown in. The service was fast and pleasant. It was the only thing pleasant about this visit. A total waste of time and money!! The only reason I am giving a star is because it is required to post a review.
